This month we focus on our BOUNDARIES.
How we neglect, forget, set, and strengthen them.
Being a conscious owner of our time & energy is powerful.
As discussed last month our energy & time are not endless.
Everything in our life that we give attention to will grow.
Our ego drives much of our day to day actions, decisions & conversations.
The autopilot mode. Unconsciously driven by fear or shortage.
We are going to zoom into the moments we say YES.
Why do we say yes? Does it come from a place of fear? Or clarity?
To please or prove to others? To hide or ignore our true needs?
As well as into our NO's.
Sometimes we have to say NO to say YES to something more valuable to us.
Does it come easy? Or is it difficult?
It starts with being clear on what matters to you most.
As well as knowing when it is enough.
It's about building a trusting relationship with ourselves & those around us.
Are we honest? Are we reliable? Are we clear?
A clear no, means our yes also becomes more clear.
And clarity is a great act of kindness.
That's what this month is about: honouring our own boundaries.
Towards ourselves, and those around us.
Each month's theme includes 6 tools: A story, a tool, a meditation, a ritual, meditations, a yoga nidra and a list of affirmations. Plus the recording of the live gathering.
The tools will gradually unlock throughout the month & then stay opened.

This Month we have 2 tools to empower you in discuovering & setting your own boundaries.
#1 MAP YOUR BOUNDARIES
This tool will guide you to define your boundaries In different areas of your life. Write down 1-3 boundaries per area. Remember it's more important that it's practical & applicable to your daily life, than being perfect or complete.
#2 DESIGN YOUR OWN PRINCIPLES
This tool will guide you to articulate your core values into principles that simplify our daily decision-making. It's like your own constitution. "If I say YES or NO to this, is that in alignment with my principles. The challenge is to make sure these principles are complementary & not contradictory or competing with each other.
Yoga Nidra means ‘Yogic sleep’, yet it's the most awakening practice. It will bring you to a state of conscious awareness while you rest deeply. It’s an effective and efficient way to access ‘rest & digest mode, which is where healing really happens. This specific practise of Yoga Nidra or Shakti Nidra is the softest way of practising Yoga Nidra. Without force, it invites you to bring your physical body, your conscious mind and your nervous system to deep relaxation.
Anxiety, stress, insomnia, depression and self-limitations can improve or even heal with Yoga Nidra. 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. Practice this Yoga Nidra before you get up in the morning, stay in bed and just listen. Or during the day to refresh or before going to sleep to unwind.
practice within the tribe.
On Sunday 12 of December from 17.30-18.30h CET we host a live gathering, to dive in deep and inspire & empower you, and more importantly to connect with the tribe & exchange learnings on this month's topic.
