This month we welcome you back to your heart.
In our physical body, the center is the area of the heart.
There, you can find all the gifts of life. Connection, affection, support, love, closeness, gratefulness and kindness.
Our hearts have a significant energy field that can actually change our physiology, mood and state of mind, when we are vibrating from a state of love and kindness.
Love is the energy of the heart, just like intellect is the energy of the brain.
Love is something we all know but we can’t see. Love really makes the world go around. Love is not about one person, it’s energy. When we feel love, it’s a universal warm feeling of calmness that really can accept everyone inside it.
Every race, place, insect, situation, emotion or idea.
Buddha, Jesus and other light beings managed to be in that state of love and really transformed the world.
What we can do is to cultivate this feeling more and more, to come back to our hearts and it’s truth.
Each month's theme includes 6 tools: A story, a tool, a meditation, a ritual, meditations, a yoga nidra and a list of affirmations. Plus the recording of the live gathering.
The tools will gradually unlock throughout the month & then stay opened.
The 'just like me' meditation.
It is easy to practice compassion for those we hold dear or who were kind to us. Our compassion is deepened, when it is tested.
During this meditation we invite you to practice compassion for those you love, you feel neutral about, and those who you 'hate' or feel have done you wrong in one way or another.
Yoga Nidra means ‘Yogic sleep’, yet it's the most awakening practice. It will bring you to a state of conscious awareness while you rest deeply. It’s an effective and efficient way to access ‘rest & digest mode, which is where healing really happens. This specific practise of Yoga Nidra or Shakti Nidra is the softest way of practising Yoga Nidra. Without force, it invites you to bring your physical body, your conscious mind and your nervous system to deep relaxation.
Anxiety, stress, insomnia, depression and self-limitations can improve or even heal with Yoga Nidra. 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. Practice this Yoga Nidra before you get up in the morning, stay in bed and just listen. Or during the day to refresh or before going to sleep to unwind.
In tantric philosophy we say that our hands are the winds of our heart. Our hands and the sense of touch, are connecting with our hearts, with our ability to show love and affection.
Our hands were made to support, to nourish, to give and to hold.
Mudras are gestures that we use to stimulate the energy, mental and emotional body.
The hand and finger positions of mudras or hand gestures make important connections in the nervous system and stimulate specific energy pathways.
-Om Namah Shivaya- With great respect and love I honour my heart, my inner teacher.
You can repeat this mantra as many times as you want, in Sanskrit or english.
We usually repeat a mantra for 3, 11 or 108 times. It will help your mind to surrender to your heart, to pause and listen to your inner voice.
I am present, I am love
I am loving kindness
I can feel the love around me
There is love and kindness in the world
I am open to see love and kindness in every situation
I warmly welcome every emotion
practice within the tribe.
