This month we focus on our energy

How we use it, what we need to refuel & how it is affecting others.

It is a powerful approach to plan your days based on energy management, instead of time management. 

We are not made to be fully focused all day or to be able to do repetitive tasks without pauses. 

 

We are human beings, not human doings. 

We are a complex field of energy that can influence, take action & inspire others. 

Our energy capacity is based upon 4 elements:

physical, mental, emotional & spiritual energy. 

Time is static.

Energy is always in flux.

Yet that does not mean our energy is endless. 

We can't do it all. 

That's what this month is about,

being aware of how much is in the tank daily and using it in a way that feeds our souls and benefits others & nature.

Each month's theme includes 6 tools: A story, a tool, a meditation, a ritual, meditations, a yoga nidra and a list of affirmations. Plus the recording of the live gathering.
 
The tools will gradually unlock throughout the month & then stay opened.

YOGA NIDRA.

Yoga Nidra means ‘Yogic sleep’, yet it's the most awakening practice. It will bring you to a state of conscious awareness while you rest deeplyIt’s an effective and efficient way to access ‘rest & digest mode, which is where healing really happens. This specific practise of Yoga Nidra or Shakti Nidra is the softest way of practising Yoga Nidra. Without force, it invites you to bring your physical body, your conscious mind and your nervous system to deep relaxation.

 

Anxiety, stress, insomnia, depression and self-limitations can improve or even heal with Yoga Nidra.  30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. Practice this Yoga Nidra before you get up in the morning, stay in bed and just listen. Or during the day to refresh or before going to sleep to unwind.
