WELCOME!
This is the most basic and advanced topic at the same time.
Everything comes back to how aware we are of ourselves.
Our spiritual journey or personal development journey will feel stuck,
if we only focus on how to improve ourselves, or how damaged we are.
We need to kindly bring our awareness to the fact that we all are wounded children with survival mechanisms.
Some of us are more aware of these wounds and deal with them in a better way.
That's all.
MASTERCLASS.
Below you find all the tools, rituals, meditations, affirmations & daily assignments, as well as the recording of the monthly live gathering.
The tools will gradually unlock throughout the month. Each Friday.

STORY.
TOOL.
This awareness meditation brings your attention both to the inside, and the outside world. It stems from the most ancient form of Yoga Philosophy, Tantra Yoga.
We learn to connect ourselves with this life force, the air that we all breathe. The air element is connected to our heart centre and our wisdom energy body. The conscious breath is the best practice we can do, to heal our nervous system that it's reacting with the flight, freeze or fight mode.
This breathing technique will bring you clarity and will help you to ground your energy (relaxes the tension in the area of the face or the chest).
(You can do this practice as you get into the state of awareness yoga nidra.)
MEDITATION.
YOGA NIDRA.
Most of the time, we get into an autopilot mode as a trauma response. When we are traumatised in any way, the subconscious mind needs to feel safe, to relax in order to heal the deepest wounds.
Even if Yoga Nidra means ‘Yogic sleep’, it's the most awakening practice. This practice will bring you to a state of conscious awareness while you rest deeply. It’s an effective and efficient way to access ‘rest and digest mode, which is where healing really happens.
The practise of Yoga Nidra or Shakti Nidra that we use in this program is the softest way of practising Yoga Nidra.
That means that it has no guidance or symbolism, it's totally safe and it aims to bring your physical body, your conscious mind and your nervous system to deep relaxation.
Years of anxiety, stress, insomnia, depression and self-limitations can really improve or even heal with Yoga Nidra.
Chronic pain, trauma, difficulty in conceiving in women and so much more, are cases that can also be improved with Yoga Nidra.
30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.
You can practice this Yoga Nidra before you get up in the morning, just set an alarm 30 min earlier, stay in bed and just listen.
Otherwise, you can practice during the day.
Enjoy!
This is a purification ritual, called Trataka.
The Yoga Pradipika defines it as “looking intently with an unwavering gaze at a small point until tears are shed.”
It purifies the mind, emotions, and helps us to have a clear vision and healthy eyesight. It is a practice that we can easily achieve a form of concentration (dharana) the highest form of the meditative state. It helps to gain focus and awareness through the sense of sight. It brings clarity, concentration and helps with insomnia.
As we spend many hours looking at a screen, our eyes, and our sense of sight is disturbed a lot. This practice will help you to sharper your eyesight and will also help you release stress, tension in the head, negative thoughts or anger. You can do this practice in the evening just before you go to bed.
RITUAL.
AFFORMATIONS.
Afformations are the question form of an affirmation. When we repeat a forced affirmation like "I am enough", when we spent 20-30 years believing the opposite, it takes longer for the subconscious mind to accept it as a fact.
Research shows that it's easier for the subconscious mind to say yes to a question form of this affirmation: 'Am I enough?'. It's easier to believe our own Yes, of course, I am enough, rather than the forced affirmation.
Afformations do not create any tension or sense of forcing reality.
We invite you to write those down in your journal that resonates most with you and repeat them often during your day.
