28 daily assignments 20min

Each day for 21 days you will open daily assignments inside the online environment. Each day has a theme, like "today I observe my words", and an insightful & inspiring text to help you to look at the same situations with fresh eyes and an open mind. It includes a guided meditation when relevant. 

  all 4 live sessions are on Thursdays at 19.00h (GMT+2)

** all 4 sessions will be recorded, so you can choose to join live or watch the recordings when it suits you.

Let's be honest, uncovering your own dragons, and building & breaking habits can be a struggle. Therefore we always set up a closed WhatsApp group with all the participants of that group. To stay top of mind, to share positivity or just to share the struggle.
