It takes 21+ days to build or break habits. So, in the next 4 weeks, we focus on creating the inner-space for change by building new habits that increase your awareness & energy level. 

 

HOW IT WORKS.
 

  • You have 32 hours to finish each assignment.

  • It take about 10-30 min to finish each assignment. 

  • Each daily assignment will be available the night before.

  • We advise you to read it before you go to bed, so to prepare your subconscious mind for it.

  • You will need headphones & an empty journal or notebook,

We want to offer you a valuable but flexible program that you can do mostly in your own time. At the same time, we believe in the power of doing live, interactive guided sessions together once a week.  You will find them here:

  • The 4 guided Sessions are via ZOOM

  • You can go to the ZOOM session clicking on the sessions below.

  • Each session will be recorded & available to watch or replay until the end of the program.
