Use guided meditation (visualisations), breathwork, and ancient rituals to unlock your awareness and become the observer of your emotions. From that space of clarity, you can decide what you want to let go & what you want to take with you in the new year.
Set powerful intentions for 2021 during the last full moon of 2020. (through guided mediation, you will set intentions by connecting to your heart & inner wisdom, instead of formulating intentions from your rational mind & thoughts.)
