21 daily assignments 5-20min
Each day for 21 days you will open daily assignments inside the online environment. Each day has a theme, like "today I observe my words", and an insightful & inspiring text to help you to look at the same situations with fresh eyes and an open mind. It includes a guided meditation when relevant.
SESSION #2: energy workshop 90min
Learn how to manage your own energy better. Learn practical tools to track your mood & energy. Design your plan to Build & break your habits.
SESSION #3: awareness workshop 90min
Experience mindfulness, and become aware of your own thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and underlying beliefs. Learn to observe, instead of judging them. Track & re-wire your negative patterns for the better.
SESSION #4: closure 60 min
We reflect on the key takeaways of the past 28 days. We guide you with a new moon ritual on what you decide to 'leave behind' and what to 'take with you. As well as empower you to formulate a personal development roadmap for the upcoming quarter.
How you can get to your best self without the awareness and acceptance of where you stand today? So, the 1st week consists of a purposeful pause to reflect on where you stand today, where you want to be, and how you feel about both. We provide you with 4 self-assessments spread out over the first week to ask yourself meaningful questions & understand yourself better:
Uncover your own mind, your thought patterns and underlying beliefs. Identify your limited beliefs. Measure your level of (self)awareness & how you respond to situations.
Discover your energy gainers & drainers, and the alignment of your values in your daily life. Map your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual vitality levels. Better understand your natural constitution, your triggers and your limitations.
Measure your score on the ON. PURPOSE personal leadership attributes. This measures to which extent you are your most bold, wise, kind, and true - self in your daily life at work & in collaboration with others.
Assess current daily life, your talents and core values. Visualize your dream life (incl. daily moments) to set a practical, but an inspiring dot on the horizon. The gap between you today, and that dot is your development roadmap.

It takes 21 days to build or break habits. So, in the next 3 weeks, we focus on creating the inner-space for change by building new habits that increase your awareness & energy level.
Apply meditation, breathe-work, reflection and journaling techniques to becoming more aware of how you act, think, feel, and your beliefs.

Reflect on how current (unconscious) behaviour, and thoughts, affect your energy levels.

Every day for 21 days, you will receive daily exercises and challenges, to inspire you, to practice observation, reflection, and journaling. These habits, rituals & tools will help you to feel more conscious, calm, and empowered.
