How you can get to your best self without the awareness and acceptance of where you stand today?
The 1st week consists of a purposeful pause to reflect on where you stand today, where you want to be, and how you feel about both. Below the 4 self-assessments to understand yourself better. They will gradually become clickable throughout the 1st week of the program, to leave some time for reflection in between.
At the end of the week you will receive a personal report with your results & development roadmap.

It takes 21 days to build or break habits. So, in the next 3 weeks, we focus on creating the inner-space for change by building new habits that increase your awareness & energy level.
AWARENESS. Apply meditation, breathe-work, reflection and journaling techniques to becoming more aware of how you act, think, feel, and your beliefs. Build habits to sustain this level of awareness
ENERGY. Reflect on how current (unconscious) behaviour, and thoughts, affect your energy levels. Learn habit-breaking & building techniques to change your daily life habit, intentionally. Build habits of self-care, and self-love that will increase your energy levels.
Below you will find, every day for 21 days, downloadable daily exercises and challenges.
You have 24 hours to finish each assignment.
The next day's assignment will be available the night before.
We advise you to read it before you go to bed, so to prepare your subconscious mind for it.
You need about 5-30 min to finish the assignment.
You will need headphones & an empty journal or notebook, used only for this program.
