Jacqueline has a background in System Engineering and Policy Analysis (Delft
University of Technology) and holds an Executive Master's in Finance and Control
(Erasmus University, Rotterdam). She has over 15 years of experience in
multinational companies and has spent three years abroad, in São Paulo, Brazil.
Being very sensitive to culture, she experienced from within what works and what is
counterproductive or even toxic.

Besides the day-to-day finance jobs, she has facilitated many teams and managed a
Shared Service Centre Finance.

Why this shift from a solid finance career to On Purpose Studio?

Resigning from your job won’t dismiss you from all your inner struggles and personal
challenges, and that’s why she decided to dig in, to dig in deep.

This journey started as a participant at the first retreat of On Purpose Studio in 2022
and brought her via many programs and courses back to On Purpose Studio as a
facilitator, while staying in touch during these years.

Jacqueline increased her (self) awareness, is intrigued by the undercurrent within
organizations and driven by the genuine belief that work should be fun, inspiring and
energizing.
