After 21 days of zooming in & focusing on ourselves, we are going to zoom out and reflect how our world is affected by us. What are our daily ripple effects on people & planet around us?

Each day for 21 days you will open daily assignments inside the online environment. Each day has a theme, like "today I observe my words", and an insightful & inspiring text to help you to look at the same situations with fresh eyes and an open mind. It includes a guided meditation when relevant.
