Before we kick off the 28..DAYS journey, we want to make sure you set yourself up for success.
We will take time to show you the approach, what is needed from your side & practically, how to create space in your agenda. As well as clarifying why you joined, what you hope to get out of it & how you will ensure commitment.

After understanding it's time to take action & take responsibility for yourself. We invite you to intentionally choose & embed habits to become your best self.
We empower you to formulate a dot on the horizon, where you want to be, and how you feel in 5 years from now.

How you can get to your best self without the awareness and acceptance of where you stand today?
The 1st week of the 28.DAYS consists of a purposeful pause and just observing.
We will zoom in on how you feel, think, act & the person you have become.

After 21 days of zooming in & focusing on ourselves, we are going to zoom out and reflect how our world is affected by us. What are our daily ripple effects on people & the planet around us?

Each day for 21 days you will open daily assignments inside the online environment. Each day has a theme, like "today I observe my words", and an insightful & inspiring text to help you to look at the same situations with fresh eyes and an open mind. It includes a guided meditation when relevant.
