We are living in a world of ‘being busy’, often caught up in the rat race to own, have & achieve more, to prove our ego. It is not sustainable & it lacks purpose.

Repetitive habits, stories, and beliefs, based on fear (ego), drive our vicious cycles, negativity in our relationships  & ‘traumas’ across generations. Breaking these cycles starts with YOU.

We envision the next generation of changemakers. Who is unbecoming what they have been told to be & choose a free, conscious & connected way of being.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN.

  • Fill in the survey to sharpen why you joined, what you hope to get out of it & how you could be in your own way. 
     

  • Check the weekly live session invitations on your agenda.
     

  • Buy an empty journal, in a style that brings you joy. 
     

  • Set up an area at home to do your daily habits. & rituals. Make sure you have your journal, headphones and a comfortable place to sit, meditate or write. 
     

  • Set an alarm on your phone 30min before you want to go to bed in the evening (in order to sleep 8hrs & wake up 20min earlier to read the daily story & questions or do the assignment of that day.) 
     

  • Check your agenda, remove social obligations that drain you, remove unnecessary work meetings & other things you can skip to create more mind & agenda space. 
     

  • Check the calendar of the program (below), mark the more time consuming or reconnecting days in your agenda upfront.
     

  • Get into the mood by watching the 4 videos below to get some inspiration on the way of thinking.

We empower you to formulate a dot on the horizon, where you want to be, and how you feel in 5 years from now. 

​After taking time to sharpen our view, we focus on understanding ourselves during the 2nd week.

 

How do you see the world, how do you feel, what do you fear, and what do you need in order to be your best self?

After 21 days of zooming in & focusing on ourselves, we are going to zoom out and reflect on how our world is affected by us. What are the daily ripple effects you create for your (future) self, other people & the natural world? 

How you can get to your best self without the awareness and acceptance of where you stand today?

 

The 1st week consists of a purposeful pause and to just observe.  We will zoom in on how you feel, think, act & the person you have become.

Below you will find, every day for 28 days, downloadable daily exercises and challenges. 

It takes 21+ days to build or break habits. So, in the next 4 weeks, we focus on creating the inner-space for change by building new habits that increase your awareness & energy level. 

 

HOW IT WORKS.
 

  • You have 32 hours to finish each assignment.

  • It takes about 10-30 min to finish each assignment. 

  • Each daily assignment will be available the night before.

  • We advise you to read it before you go to bed, so to prepare your subconscious mind for it.

  • You will need headphones & an empty journal or notebook,
