ABOUT CARLIJN.

GUIDED BY CARLIJN NELISSEN.
FOUNDER OF THE ON PURPOSE STUDIO

  • Guided 500+ people towards more well-being, big impact, and daily moments of joy.  

  • Combining fields of expertise from Buddhism, ayurveda, nature's circadian rhythm, physiology, and neuroscience

I am fascinated by human behaviour. Hence my 2 Masters degrees and my life-long exploration of how changing your day can change your mood, your health, the thoughts you have, the wisdom you can access, as well as the impact your make. That through our daily choices & actions, our dreams become reality. 

I also experienced the negative opposite first-hand. Putting my company first, being stuck in loops of being busy, pleasing & proving my way through. Ignoring my own inner voice, and my needs. While running an Innovation Agency abroad I got into a burn-out. I couldn't quit or take a long break because the company would crash, so I decided to continue, but to do things drastically different. 

This has led me to design my life, on purpose.  Letting go of fear of not being good enough, and being rejected.  Taking care of myself first each morning before the chaos started. Being my authentic self. Living more from my heart. Prioritizing my needs, my self-worth, and my dreams. Developing myself to be valuable to others & less harmful to nature. 

 

I get excited when people know of what truly matters to them and have the freedom & courage  to design their days accordingly. When they listen to their hearts, ignore their fearful thoughts and just lean in.

THE 10 MODULES

This course is not only about knowing it, but about practicing it. It's about applying small changes to your daily life, to see big shifts over time. That's why it is built up into 10 modules, of 6hrs of video workshops you can watch at your own pace. Each module is built up out of chapters which are between 2-8min of content. At the end of each module, there is a list of questions to challenge you to integrate further what you have learned.
