I am fascinated by human behaviour: how what you do in a day can change your mood, your health, the thoughts you have, the wisdom you can access, as well as the impact you make. That through our daily choices & actions, our dreams become reality.
I also experienced the negative opposite first-hand. Putting my company first, being stuck in loops of being busy, pleasing & proving my way through. Ignoring my inner voice, and my needs. While running an Innovation Agency abroad I got into a burn-out. I couldn't quit or take a long break because the company would crash, so I decided to continue but to do things drastically different.
This has led me to design my life, on purpose. Letting go of fear of not being good enough, and being rejected. Being my authentic self. Taking care of myself first each morning before the chaos started. Living more from my heart. Prioritizing my needs, my self-worth, and my dreams.
I get excited when people know what truly matters to them and have the freedom & courage to design their days accordingly. When they listen to their hearts, ignore their fearful thoughts and just lean in.
In this course, I share my personal story & learnings on how I designed my day to work for me. Not driven by the outer world, but by my inner world. Not from a paradigm of control & force, but from a place of trust & self-love.
THE 10 MODULES.
This course is about applying small changes to your daily life, to see big shifts over time. That's why it is built up into 10 modules, divided into chapters of 2-8min (8 hours of content in total) you can watch at your own pace. At the end of each module, the 5 questions challenge you to put into practice what you have learned
