WELCOME.

This month we explore our INNER CHILD

How we seek & long to be heard, valued, understood.

Being conscious whenever our inner child is being triggered.

It's our human nature to seek belonging, and avoid rejection or pain.  

This human need drives many of our actions & reactions since we are little. 

Our ego remembers which were the past successful strategies to receive love, attention, appreciation,. 

As well as the ways we got hurt or avoided getting hurt.

 

When we are triggered we often respond on autopilot mode.

Unconsciously driven by fear or shortage.

When we listen to this hurting child inside ourselves, we give it space.

With curiosity, kindness and without judgement or expectations. 

We, ourselves, are the only ones who can really make this child feel heard & understood.

We can hug it inside ourselves, give it attention, listen to its needs. 

Encourage it to let go of some 'ways of acting or reacting' that aren't working anymore. 

We can nourish our inner child. Affirm that "I am safe. I am loved."

Being by ourselves. Journaling about our deepest fears.
 

Those fears are the fuel for our limiting beliefs.

The stories we tell ourselves reinforce why it is okay to act, or react in a certain way.

 

This month we listen to, observe our inner child. 

Zoom in to understand. Zoom out to challenge & put things into perspective.

To overcome limiting beliefs that are holding us back. 

To uncover another layer to free our authentic self. 

And break patterns of old traumas and not pass them on to the next generations.

Now that is a game-changing ripple effect.
