Each day for 28 days you will open daily assignments inside the online environment. Each day has a theme, like "today I observe my words", and an insightful & inspiring text to help you to look at the same situations with fresh eyes and an open mind. It includes a guided meditation when relevant. 

  all 6 live sessions are on Thursdays at 18.30h (GMT+2)

** all 4 sessions will be recorded, so you can choose to join live or watch the recordings when it suits you.
